Sunsets about 7pm, could still get a couple of hours in if you get here around 5pm, which would be the earliest I could get up the field if I finish work early, or next weekend  Grin

Well 5 months later its finished  Grin Grin

Set the c of G to be about 7 ins from the front - and its absolutely appaling Shocked

Did manage 3 flights without breaking it but at no time did I really have any form of control at all - its horribly sensitive in pitch and very sluggish in roll.

Did amuse the assembled company though - please fly it again we\'ll buy you (another) pint on the way home  Roll Eyes - gotta keep \'em happy  laugh

As for whats up with it i\'m not sure but it handles like it need more weight in the front so thats the next step Undecided\

If it still exists by 30th Mar you\'ll never catch it cos even I dont know where its going to go next crazy2

Sorted now  Grin

taped a bit of lead to the front (didn\'t have any spanners with me Roll Eyes) and it flies fine now

I\'d like it to be a bit faster - but not bad for starters  Cool

well it is roofing lead - left over from a job we did ages ago  Lips Sealed. Its about 1/8 inch thick and you can cut it with a decent pair of scissors so its ideal for making balance weights. Grin

Can normally just balance them by moving the battery about - but once you\'ve cut the hole in the foam (in the wrong place  Roll Eyes) you\'re a bit stuck  Angry
